Delosperma cooperi 'Rose Quartz' - Jewel of Desert® Rose Quartz Ice Plant

Rose Quartz Ice Plant is a compact evergreen succulent that makes an excellent dense groundcover with fleshy dark green foliage that earns purple tones in winter.  Frilly daisy-like flowers that are a mix of soft pink shades with small white centers and a yellow eye coat the plant from spring into fall.  Needs full sun and dry, sharply-drained soils.  Heat and drought tolerant. 

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Water sparingly in the growing season.  Watch for aphids and mealybugs.  May experience some dieback in winter.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Naturalized Areas, Rock Gardens, Xeriscape Gardens, and Containers.
