Burning Love Japanese Leucothoe is a compact multi-stemmed evergreen shrubwith an upright-spreading habit. Its rich, glossy dark green foliage emerges bright redandturns deep burgundyin fall. Axillary clusters of fragrant urn-shaped white flowers bloom from mid-spring into early summer. Grows best inpartial sunand rich, moist acidic well-drained soils. Leaves are highly toxic if ingested.
