Stoplight Mountain Laurel is a multi-stemmed evergreen shrub with a dense upright mounded habit and glossy dark green foliage. Showy clusters of bright red buds open to white cup-shaped flowers with dark red bands and bloom from late spring into summer. Flowers best with part shade and rich, moist, well-drained acidic soils.
