Light-O-Day Hydrangea is a compact deciduous shrub with large olive green with white margins. The large rounded lacecap panicles bloom in early to mid summer. While the larger outer petals are near white regardless, the tiny inner flowers color depends on the soil PH - soft pink in acidic soils, and soft blue in alkaline soils. Best bloom in partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils. Light-O-Day is more resistant to leaf reversion.
