Salvia 'Azure Snow' - Color Spires® Azure Snow Salvia

Azure Snow Sage is a compact upright herbaceous perennial with aromatic medium green foliage and abundant spikes of tiny two-lipped deep blue and white bicolor flowers that bloom from late spring to early summer. Flowering can be extended to fall with deadheading.  Flowers best in full sun and moist well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Watch for scale and whitefly.  Some susceptibility to powdery mildew, leaf spot, and rust.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Naturalized Areas, Wildlife Garden, Rock Gardens, and Containers.
